At RK4 Courses, we understand that circumstances may arise leading you to request a refund for our online courses. While our refund policies may differ depending on the subscription method, they are applicable to every course, subscription, and any other paid service we provide until otherwise stated in the course description. Third-Party Partner Policy:

There are dual refund policies applicable for RK4 courses. As the transactions are facilitated through our third-party partner, PayPro, their refund policies take precedence. The decision is contingent upon PayPro’s terms and conditions, which may or may not align with our policy.

Refund Eligibility:

Requests for course cancellation and refund must be initiated within 24 hours of subscription. Please submit your refund request by writing an e-mail to us at and via WhatsApp at +923164371557, attaching the receipt or proof of payment (mandatory). After initiating the refund request, kindly avoid accessing the courses until the refund process is completed.

Information Required:

It is mandatory to provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for your refund request, including any specific feedback influencing your decision. To facilitate the process, the reason for your refund request will be assessed for validity based on our company policy and PayPro’s policies.

Refund Process:

The refund request will undergo a thorough review by RK4 Courses management, which may take up to 3-5 working days. The company reserves the sole authority to approve or disapprove refund applications. A refund will not be granted in certain situations including but not limited to making payment by mistake, choosing the wrong course, misunderstanding the course description before subscription, or getting locked out due to multiple attempts of login with wrong credentials. If the refund is approved, you will be guided through the subsequent steps, which may involve initiating a refund request from your credit/debit card issuer bank. The refund, exclusive of taxes/processing fees, will be transferred to the original payment method. The processing time is typically 30 to 45 working days, subject to variations based on prevailing PayPro and your bank’s policies. Please note that the company is not liable for any exchange rate loss resulting from currency rate fluctuations after the return of payment.

Special Note:

Please note that refunds are not applicable to courses acquired at discounted or promotional rates. Subscriptions made under such terms are considered final and non-refundable.

It is crucial to note that issuing a refund may not be feasible if the reason presented is considered invalid, and limitations imposed by third-party dollar processing banks come into play. Moreover, it’s essential to recognize that the bank’s refusal could be influenced by their ongoing changes in policy. We value your understanding of these constraints.

The company holds exclusive discretion in approving or disapproving refunds. Each refund request will be thoroughly examined, and approval or rejection will be based solely on valid reasons.
